The Oak Park and River Forest Infant Welfare Clinic, located at 320 Lake Street in Oak Park, shares space with the Oak Park Health Department and the CEDA-WIC program. The Oak Park -River Forest Infant Welfare Clinic provides medical and dental care for families who meet the Federal Poverty Income guidelines. The primary service area is Oak Park and River Forest but children from surrounding communities will be served as space permits.

  Services include:

       Dental examinations and treatment
       Physical examinations and health histories
       Immunizations
       Growth and development assessments
       Counseling and referral assistance

Cost for services are determined on a sliding fee scale based on family income and number of children. Public Aid billing is available. No child is refused care for inability to pay.
